EXCHANGES MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 72 HOURS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SIZE YOU PURCHASED,
HERE'S HOW TO EXCHANGE.
1. Try the item on without any perfume, oils, deodorant, etc. If you can't get it closed , get someone to help you try it on. If worn for longer than the time it takes to decide if it fits, you will void your exchange allowance.
A. YOUR SHAPER MAY BE DIFFICULT TO CLOSE AT FIRST. GET HELP FROM SOMEONE, BUT DON'T FORCE IT CLOSED. LIE DOWN ON A BED AND BREATHE IN AND TRY TO CLOSE. STAND UP IN FRONT OF A MIRROR AND LOOK AT THE SHAPER AS YOU TRY TO CLOSE. IF YOU CAN GET IT CLOSED, TAKE A MOMENT TO SEE IF WILL BE A GOOD FIT. IF YOU CAN'T CLOSE IT, IT'S TIME TO PREPARE IT FOR AN EXCHANGE.
2. NEXT , PUT THE SHAPER BACK INTO THE PLASTIC, DROP EVERYTHING AND SEND AN EMAIL TO COKEBOTTLECURVES@gmail.com to request an exchange. Get a piece of paper, write down your height and weight and what size you want to exchange for. Place it inside the shaper. CASH ONLY 6.00 HAS TO BE INCLUDED inside or you may go to www.cokebottlecurves.com and look for EXCHANGE FEE. Purchase it just like you would purchase an item. It also costs 6.00.
NO MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

YOUR EXCHANGE WILL BE REJECTED IF
1. YOU TRY THE SHAPER ON AND WEAR IT FOR HOURS AND THEN DECIDE IT IS TOO SMALL OR TOO BIG.
* Sweat will accumulate inside the lining of the shaper and the manufacturer will not accept the exchange. Signs of wear include a damp inside lining and wrinkled fabric. It will be rejected so please don't send it back in this condition. If you try it on and decide if it fits immediately , decide to keep or to exchange, you won't run into this problem.
2. DO NOT STORE YOUR SHAPER NEAR KITCHEN'S OR IN A ROOM WHERE SOMEONE SMOKES. IF THE GARMENT COMES BACK SMELLING LIKE ANYTHING OTHER THAN LATEX, THE ITEM WILL BE REJECTED. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO BE TOLD THAT YOU WILL BE SENT BACK THE GARMENT THAT YOU RETURNED, NOT A NEW ONE.
* Latex can pick up odors and hold them. This goes for human hair, pet fur, etc. Keep it away from the shaper.
THERE IS A 100% NO REFUND POLICY.
YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CONTACT COKE BOTTLEC CURVES VIA EMAIL AT email@example.com after you receive your item to request an exchange.
As a courtesy you will be offered a discount if you have to purchase a new garment.
NOW YOU ARE READY TO EXCHANGE
1.Ask the post office for a 6.00 legal sized FLAT RATE priority envelope.
2. Enclose 6.00, inside the vest and include a note with the size you want to exchange for.
YOU NOW HAVE THE OPTION OF GOING ON THE SITE AND PURCHASING A 6.00 EXCHANGE FEE.
EMAIL FOR ANY QUESTIONS.
If an item is returned with evidence of being worn, smells like your home, smells like perfume, etc, this will trigger a rejection in the exchange process and you will be emailed with an invoice to pay for the original shaper to be mailed back to you (6.00), no new shaper will be sent and you will have to pay an invoice for 6.00 to have the damaged used item shipped back to you.
In special circumstances, overnight delivery may be possible for an additional charge, email for serious inquiries only .
